We brought Matterport to Toronto in 2014. As the city's original Matterport provider, we have since 3D mapped thousands of homes and commercial spaces across the GTA and surrounding areas.
Realtors, builders, retailers, commercial firms, hotels and engineering firms use our tours to show a space properly before anyone visits. Our spaces have been viewed by hundreds of thousands of people.

What is a Matterport 3D tour?
A Matterport 3D tour is an interactive virtual tour of a real space. Visitors move from room to room, look in any direction and switch to a dollhouse or floor-plan view, all from one link that works on phones, computers and VR headsets.
How much does a Matterport tour cost in Toronto?
Our Matterport 3D tours start at $199 for a condo, $299 for a home up to 3,000 sq ft and $399 for a home up to 5,000 sq ft. Construction sites, builder sales offices, retail stores and larger spaces are quoted by size.
How fast will I get my 3D tour?
Your 3D tour is ready by the next business day. Floor plans take 2 business days.
How long do you need at the property?
About 45 minutes per 1,000 sq ft, so a 3,000 sq ft home takes roughly 2 hours and 15 minutes.
How far ahead should I book?
The earlier the better. With about a week's notice we can usually have someone at your property.
Can I download the 3D tour?
No. The tour is hosted by Matterport and shared as a link, which you can send to anyone or add to a listing.
How do I add the tour to MLS?
Paste the tour link into the virtual tour field of your MLS listing.
What areas do you cover?
Toronto, the GTA and surrounding areas. Tell us the address when you request a quote.
